Missing carbs? Keep yourself on track with this snack. Once you take a bite, you will be reassured that there are plenty of low-carb recipes to curb your hankerings! This recipe has lots of flavor and is super filling.

Ingredients:
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 fresh jalapeño pepper
1 avocado
Oil spray of your choice!
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Slice fresh jalapeño
3. Grease baking sheet with oil
4. Scoop small piles of parmesan cheese onto greased pan
5. Place sliced jalapeño on top of cheese pile
6. Grab another small pinch of parmesan cheese to cover jalapeño
7. Bake 4-7 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
8. Mash avocado
9. Once cheese chips are cooled, use a spatula to peel off of pan
10. Scoop and eat!
