A Wisconsin Favorite: Ellsworth Cheese Curds
Ingredients:
1/2 bag of Ellsworth Cheddar Cheese Curds
1 eat (beaten)
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup almond flour

 

 

Directions:
1. Melt coconut oil in pan on medium heat.
2. Place eggs and almond flour in separate bowls.
3. Dip cheese curd into egg bath, roll it into the almond flour mixture and fry in pan 1-2 minute per side.
5. Let cool and ENJOY!
