Finding healthy and effective fat bombs are tough. So I decided to let my creative juices start flowing in the kitchen lately. I wanted to start creating some new recipes. This avocado bleu cheese fat bomb bowl is packed with healthy fats and is SUPER DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp. bleu cheese crumbles
1 pinch of cilantro
1 tbsp. of sunflower oil (or oil of your choice)
Salt n pepper
Directions:
1. Cut an avocado in half and squeeze it into a bowl
2. Sprinkle bleu cheese and cilantro on top
3. Drizzle fresh oil on top
4. Add salt n pepper and ENJOY!!
