Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp peanut butter (plain, no sugar)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 small handful peanuts
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of coffee grounds

Directions:

1. Pour 1 cup whipping cream into a Kitchen Aid mixer (or bowl and use a hand mixer). Beat for 2 -5 minutes on medium until large peaks form.
2. Slowly add in cocoa powder, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat on medium until smooth and creamy.
3. Spoon mixture into a bowl. Top with coffee grounds, peanuts and sea salt. Enjoy!
